This event will include a video presentation by Dr. Bluthenthal, which will be available to participants 1 week prior to the webinar. Additional information and questions from event participants will be addressed during the 1-hour webinar. Dr. Bluthenthal will discuss his online video on the mechanics and culture of the NIH review process, and the relative importance of innovation in grant applications.
Participants will:
- Become familiar with the basics of the proposal review process and review criteria.
- Learn strategies for strengthening the innovation section.
- Have an opportunity to pose questions to an experienced NIH funded researcher.
