Haneen Afani

CSULB Criminology and Criminal Justice Major. Legal Studies Minor

Haneen Afani is a Fall 2021 Junior Inaugural Fellow for the Critical Justice Committee. She is an honor Pre-Law Crimm/Criminal Justice Major that comes from a background that motivates her passion for critical theory. She joined the committee to help build a foundation where students and faculty may connect on vital issues on and beyond campus.


Sahaily Zazueta

CSULB Criminology and Criminal Justice Major. Human Development Minor.

Sahaily Zazueta is an Inaugural Fellow for the Critical Justice Committee for the 2021-2022 academic school year. She joined the committee to help connect CSULB students to important criminal justice topics. She is committed to helping broaden students’ understanding of the institutional racism of the criminal legal system.
