Using Holocaust Literature to Teach Social Responsibility and Character Education

Description

Many states mandate or strongly recommend teaching the Holocaust and character education to public school students.  Using age-appropriate materials and teaching strategies, explore an exemplary literature-based program which promotes tolerance and cultural sensitivity in schools and reinforces reading strategies.
