Making New Book Friends:  Current Literature Fostering Cultural Appreciatin, Valuing of the Environment, and Building Global Understanding

Description

This segment of the program will introduce participants to new literature, both picture books and novels as well as fiction and non-fictin, that help teachers explore the issues of the environment, cultural diversity, and global awareness with their students in the classroom.
