Leadership Award Nomination Form

Submission Deadline:

Friday, March 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Nominations received after this time will not be considered. Award recipients will be announced and then recognized during the Staff Service Awards and Recognition Ceremony on Tuesday, June 11 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Description:

The Leadership Award recognizes an employee who had made a significant contribution in providing quality leadership in the delivery of services to the campus community, such as students, faculty, or staff. The employee\’s actions exemplified excellence, integrity, and service.

Eligibility:

State-side staff employees only. MPPs, student assistants and faculty are not eligible.
