He is always professional, courteous and very personable. As we're currently working on PCI compliance for the campus, Jeffrey gave us a tour of the [Athletics] ticket box office as well as presented all of the various security controls he has in place to protect the University from potential threats and also to protect patrons' data such as their credit cards data. The amount of work he has done to reduce the risk to our university is incredible given how many transactions is done throughout the year. He is truly an asset to the Beach family and we're very fortunate to have Jeffrey's experience and knowledge in the everchanging security landscape.”
